NEW CUSTOMER- as anyone who is applying for the first time with FEA for the supply of electricity
If you are applying for a new connection for the first time, either  for new premises or an old one, the following should be presented at any of our Customer Care Office:
- download and fill Application Form
(Domestic Power Supply Form) on Form Downloads
- Passport photo
- Proof of title/Landlord Consent
- Photo Identification
(e.g FNPF, Employee card,Passport, Driving License)
- Completion Notice Form completed by Contractor
All applications will be assessed by the Planning Department. Once wiring works is completed, you are required to pay a refundable customer deposit (equivalent to two months consumption). The connection of power supply to your residence will depend on the FEA Inspectors who will come and check the works carried out by your electrical contractor which must be in compliance to FEA's safety standards.

EXISTING CUSTOMER- as any person/organisation who is already a consumer in our database
If you are moving into an existing home or flat that is already connected with power but wish to have the account registered in your name, then you are required to present the following:
- Passport photo
- Proof of title/Landlord's Consent
- Photo Identification
(e.g FNPF, Employee card,Passport, Driving License)
- $60 (minimum refundable deposit) This may vary depending on the power requirements for the premises and your previous account.
Upon presenting the above at any of our Customer Care Office, you will be advised further on which forms to fill.

This is important as should a situation arise in future, FEA will only have dealings with the customer whom the account belongs to. And remember, it is illegal to use power under someone else's name.
