The Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders specifically from licensed scrap dealers for the Sale of Obsolete and Scrap Items from its Stores in Kinoya, Navutu and Labasa Depot.

Interested Bidders are to meet at the following locations for the respective briefing, collection of tender documents and compulsory site visits. Failure to attend the compulsory site visits will result in automatic disqualification of the tender bid.
- Kinoya Stores – 10.00a.m to 4.00p.m on Tuesday, 31st May, 2016.
- Labasa Stores – 10.00a.m to 4.00p.m on Thursday, 02nd June, 2016.
- Navutu Stores – 10.00a.m to 4.00p.m on Wednesday, 01st June, 2016.

This tender closes at 4:00p.m (16.00hrs Fiji time) on Wednesday, 08th June, 2016.
It is mandatory for bidders to submit two (2) hard copies of tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –
“Tender No. MR 48/2016 – Sale of Obsolete and Scrap Items” must reach – The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; OR be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.
The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act.
All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers.
