Pest Control Services at the FEA’s Various Depots & Offices

 

The Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) invites sealed tenders from suitable Pest Control Companies to carry out Pest Control Services for the EFL Premises Fiji Wide.

Interested Bidders are to meet at the following locations for the respective project briefing, collection of tender documents and a compulsory site visit. Failure to attend the compulsory site visit will result in automatic disqualification of the tender bid.

 

  1. Navutu Depot at 3.00-4p.m on Thursday 19th May, 2016.
  2. Head Office, Suva at 11.00a.m-12p.m on Wednesday 18th May, 2016.
  3. Kinoya Depot at 9.00-10a.m on Wednesday 18th May, 2016.
  4. Nadi Power Station & Qeleloa at 12.00-1p.m on Wednesday 18th May, 2016.
  5. Central Substations at 11.00a.m-12p.m on Wednesday 18th May, 2016.
  6. Labasa, Cawaira, Savusavu & Wainiqeu at 10.00a.m & 3.30p.m on Thursday 19th May, 2016.
  7. Sigatoka Power Station 9.00-10p.m on Thursday 19th May, 2016.

This tender closes at 4:00p.m on Wednesday 25th May, 2016.

It is mandatory for bidders to submit two (2) hard copies of tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –

 

“Tender No.MR 46/2016 – Pest Control Services at the FEA’s Various Depots & Offices” must reach – The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; OR be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the date and time, stipulated above.

 

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidders name and address on the reverse will be returned unopened to the Tenderers unopened.

 

The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act.

 

The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.
