Sanitary Services for FEA’s Premises Fiji Wide

 

The Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) invites sealed tenders for Sanitary Services for its Premises Fiji Wide.

 

Interested Bidders are to meet at the following locations for the respective project briefing, collection of tender documents and a compulsory site visit. Failure to attend the compulsory site visit will result in automatic disqualification of the tender bid.

 

  1. Navutu Depot at 10.00a.m on Wednesday 14th October, 2015
  2. Head Office, Suva at 2.00p.m on Thursday 15th October, 2015
  3. Kinoya Depot at 9.00a.m on Thursday 15th October, 2015
  4. Nadarivatu at 10.00a.m on Thursday 15th October, 2015
  5. Monasavu at 10.00a.m on Thursday 15th October, 2015
  6. Wailoa at 10.00a.m on Thursday 15th October, 2015
  7. NCC Vuda at 10.00a.m on Wednesday 14th October, 2015
  8. Namoli House at 10.00a.m on Wednesday 14th October, 2015
  9. Nadi Customer Care at 2.00p.m on Wednesday 14th October, 2015
  10. Sigatoka Depot at 10.00a.m on Tuesday 13th October, 2015
  11. Savusavu PS/Wainiqeu at 2.00p.m on Wednesday 14th October, 2015
  12. Labasa Depot at 9.00a.m. on Wednesday 14th October, 2015

This tender closes at 4:00p.m on Wednesday 21st October, 2015.

It is mandatory for bidders to submit two (2) hard copies of tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –

 

“Tender No.MR 165/2015 – Sanitary Services for FEA’s Premises Fiji Wide” must reach – The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; OR be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the date and time, stipulated above.

 

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidders name and address on the reverse will be returned unopened to the Tenderers unopened.

 

The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act.

 

The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.
