Sale of Scrap Materials from EFL Power Stations

The Energy Fiji Limited invites sealed tenders for the sale of scrap materials from EFL Power Stations.

Interested Bidders are to meet at the following locations for the project briefing, collection of tender documents and a compulsory site visit.

1: FEA’s Central Stations on Wednesday 7th June, 2017.

  • Kinoya Power Station at 10.00 am
  • Rokobili Power Station at 11.00 am
  • Korovou Power Station at 2.30 pm
  • Deuba Power Station at 12.30 pm

 

  • 2: FEA’s Sigatoka Power Station at 10.00 am on Thursday 8th June, 2017.

3: FEA’s Western Stations on Tuesday 9th June, 2017.

  • Navutu Power Station at 9.00 am
  • Vuda Power Station at 10.00 am
  • Nadi Power Station at 11.30 am
  • Qeleloa Power Station at 12.30 pm
  • Rakiraki Power Station at 3.00 pm

4: FEA’s Northern Station (Cawaira Power Station) at 10.00 am on Tuesday 13th June, 2017

This tender closes at 4:00 p.m. (16.00hrs Fiji time) on Wednesday 28th June, 2017.

It is mandatory for bidders to submit two (2) hard copies of tenders in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as –

“Tender No. MR 118/2017 – Sale of  Scrap Materials from EFL Power Stations”; addressed as follows; The Secretary – Tender Committee, Energy Fiji Limited, Private Mail Bag, Suva; or be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Energy Fiji Limited Head Office, 2 Marlow Street, Suva; by no later than the above stipulated date and time.

The bidders must ensure that their bid is inclusive of all Taxes payable under Fiji Income Tax Act and must have the most current Tax Compliance Certificate.

All late tenders, unmarked envelopes and envelopes without bidder’s name and address on the reverse will be returned to the Tenderers unopened. (Bids via e-mail or fax will not be considered).

The highest bid will not necessarily be accepted as the successful bid.
